How to Stop Overwhelm Before It Stops You!

Happy Family
When is the Last time You Got Real About Why Your Schedule is So Full?

Want to Know How to Say Now and Without Feeling Guilty?

Are You Feeling Disconnected
and Lost in the Maze of Day-to-Day Life?

Come Explore Ways You Can Move From Harried to Happy!

Let's be Honest!  We live in an increasingly complex society.  In this day and age of rapid technology advances, a seemingly paperless society, fast food and fast pace, we are busier than generations past. Yet most of us long to find a quiet time and space to call our own, to enjoy some peace of mind and delight in the company of our friends and family.

But how do we do that when our daily To Do lists keep getting longer and more complex and we feel trapped in this never-ending cycle that robs us of true happiness and leaves us feeling empty inside?

We understand what you’re dealing with, and that’s why we created Full Schedules, Empty Lives!

What We'll Cover in This
3-Hour Workshop...

In our caring, supportive and non-judgmental atmosphere, you will:

be given a place to openly explore and share your challenges

know how to say no without guilt and stick to it
grow strong on standing firm with your values and beliefs
understand what is meant by making a choice to live differently
separate truth from fiction on what is God's intended lifestyle for you and what is society's idea of lifestyle

Please join us for an enlightening and information-packed event that is sure to help you to stop the madness and create Empty Schedules, Full Lives!

We look forward to working with you!
